Passengers who have already reserved a seat and would like to upgrade to the Priority Plus package, please call us at 1-888-571-0094, option 3, and a member of our Customer Focus Team will be pleased to assist you.
Please note: Passengers are required to present a printed copy of their Priority Plus confirmation email at the check-in counter. The Priority Plus package is not available for purchase at the check-in counter or onboard.
Refund policy
As per our published terms and conditions, in addition to the refund policy for advanced seat reservations, we will not refund passengers who cancel their Priority Plus package or reservation prior to travel.
