Aircraft on Ground (AOG)

AIRCRAFT ON GROUND (AOG)

Return to the skies, rapidly

AOG events create more than frustration and trip interruption. Owners confronted with a grounded plane face unforeseen costs, delayed schedules, and the uncertainty of relying on repair technicians who may be unfamiliar with their aircraft. When AOG situations arise, our certified technicians are dispatched rapidly, ready to repair your aircraft anywhere across Canada. We can travel to wherever your aircraft is grounded or troubleshoot with a local team regarding logistics, parts, or service requirements.

You have our commitment to do everything we can to maintain your flight schedule and restore airworthy status to your aircraft as soon as possible. From the initial communication about your AOG to the final release of an aircraft, we will partner with you and guide you through the event.

The Skyservice maintenance team is approved to work on aircraft registered with Transport Canada (TC), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), and serve as a Bombardier Authorized Service Center, Falcon/Dassault Authorized Service Center, HondaJet Authorized Service Center, and Gulfstream Authorized Warranty Facility.
