Aircraft on Ground (AOG)
Return to the skies, rapidly
AOG events create more than frustration and trip interruption. Owners confronted with a grounded plane face unforeseen costs, delayed schedules, and the uncertainty of relying on repair technicians who may be unfamiliar with their aircraft. When AOG situations arise, our team of highly skilled and certified technicians is dispatched rapidly to swiftly address and resolve any issues with your aircraft—whether it is grounded or in need of troubleshooting.
You have our commitment to do everything we can to maintain your flight schedule and restore airworthy status to your aircraft as soon as possible. From the initial communication about your AOG to the final release of an aircraft, we will partner with you and guide you toward the successful release of your aircraft.
The Skyservice maintenance team is approved to work on aircraft registered with Transport Canada (TC), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), and serves as a Bombardier Authorized Service Center, Falcon/Dassault Authorized Service Center, HondaJet Authorized Service Center, and Gulfstream Authorized Warranty Facility. In the United States, Skyservice serves as a Cessna Single Engine and Beechcraft Piston Engine Authorized Facility, Cirrus Authorized Service Center, and Diamond Authorized Service Center.
