Benjamin Murray, Skyservice’s president & chief executive officer, is a recognized thought leader and business aviation visionary with a track record of creating market-leading companies. Prior to becoming the CEO and an investment partner at Skyservice in 2020, Murray spent more than a decade at NetJets (a Berkshire Hathaway company), where he held the president & chief operating officer position and also served as president & chief executive officer of Executive Jet Management, a fully owned subsidiary of NetJets. In that position, he doubled the company’s profitability by enhancing the breadth and quality of its aircraft management, charter, and MRO services and strengthening its market position. Murray also served as president for Landmark Aviation (a Carlyle-owned company), where he built the company into the second-largest FBO, MRO and aircraft management company in the United States before positioning it for a $2B sale to BBA Aviation (Signature Flight Support) in 2016. Most recently, Murray was founder and managing member of Earth Air, LLC, a corporate aviation consulting company serving the aviation and mobility needs of international blue-chip clients. Murray serves as a current board member at the men’s club with Our Lady of Perpetual Health in Chicago. Previously, he served on the boards of the International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA), Lithko Contracting and Young Presidents Organization. Prior to his aviation career, Murray was a professional baseball player. He was drafted into major league baseball by the Pittsburgh Pirates and earned a gold medal playing for the U.S. Olympic Festival baseball team.

Qi Tang brings more than 25 years of experience in finance and business leadership to her role as chief financial officer at Skyservice. She honed her expertise and professional experience at several publicly traded and private companies that operate globally and in Canada. Ms. Tang has extensive experience and expertise in strategy and business development, M&As, private and capital market financing, risk management, financial reporting, budgeting and planning, and IT management. She is a CPA, CA and CFA and holds a master of science in accounting degree from the University of Saskatchewan. Prior to joining Skyservice, she was the chief financial officer and senior vice president of RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust, one of the largest publicly traded real estate companies in Canada. Prior to that position, Tang held progressively senior finance executive positions with Dream Global REIT, Symphony Senior Living Inc., Chartwell Retirement Residences, Waterfront Toronto and KPMG. She serves as a trustee of Dream Office REIT and a corporate director of Hardwoods Distribution Inc., both of which are publicly listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. In her community, she sits on the board of governors for a school in Toronto and volunteers as a community member of the Capital Development Advisory Committee for the North York General Hospital Board of Governors in Toronto.

Bill Olsen is chief operating officer at Skyservice, where he is responsible for overseeing multiple business units. Olsen has over 20 years of aviation and aerospace executive experience, including leadership roles as president, NetJets Aviation, and key executive roles at Raytheon Technologies. Olsen started his career as an FAA certified Airline Transport Pilot on the Boeing 727. After, he transitioned to flying at NetJets and overseeing a fleet of more the 450 aircraft. Following NetJets, Olsen initially joined Raytheon Technologies corporate operations team, followed by business unit supply chain and manufacturing roles across commercial airline and advanced military fighter jet programs. Olsen built his successful career by developing high-performance teams, driving operational excellence and delivering best-in-class safety across wide-ranging aviation initiatives.

Ty Dubay brings more than 20 years of expertise in business development, operations, and sales leadership to his position at Skyservice. His experience includes working with multinational and North American-based organizations in the aviation and automotive services industries. As chief of staff, Dubay works closely with the executive team on key strategic initiatives and core business growth opportunities. He also helps drive innovation, build operational efficiencies and streamline processes within the organization.
Prior to joining Skyservice, Dubay served as the chief operating officer for Mike’s Carwash, one of the largest exterior carwash chains in the United States. Under his leadership, the business grew its retail footprint by 75 percent and won numerous accolades for best employer and best company. Prior to that, Dubay held various progressive executive leadership positions at NetJets Inc., the largest private aviation company in the world. As senior vice president, charter sales & customer experience, he was responsible for the worldwide operations, dispatch, and logistics of more than 210 aircraft. Dubay also held the position of president of NetJets China. In this role, he established NetJets in Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China (PRC), obtained CCAR Parts 135 and 145 certifications, built a world-class team and facilities, and established brand awareness in the region.
Dubay holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering degree from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering degree from Rose-Hulman Institute for Technology, graduating summa cum laude from both. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified ISO 9000:2000 lead auditor.

Paul Weeks is the vice president of maintenance for Skyservice. In 1999, Weeks began his career at Skyservice as an aircraft maintenance engineer. He was routinely promoted through the roles of crew chief, maintenance coordinator, supervisor, manager and director until he was named to his current position in 2006. From 2014 to 2018, Weeks led both MRO and FBO operations across Canada. In his current role, Weeks serves as the company’s maintenance liaison with regulatory agencies and as executive lead for the safety management system at Skyservice, which has one of the best safety records in the private jet industry. Under Weeks’ leadership, the maintenance division serves as certified and authorized service centers, warranty centers and dealer facilities for leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

Vanessa Engel is Skyservice’s vice president of marketing & customer experience. In this role, Engel is responsible for the building the company’s brand and creating a superior customer service experience for Skyservice clients. She leads wide-ranging initiatives aimed at bringing the company’s worldwide client-focus and innovative growth strategy to life. Her areas of responsibility include marketing and brand, external and internal communications, public relations, client experience, and corporate social responsibility. Prior to joining Skyservice in 2020, Engel was a senior product director with Visa Canada, where she was responsible for the consumer loyalty and service experience of Visa’s high-net worth card products through the delivery of card benefits and program offerings. Engel holds an MBA from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management.

Mirjana Bosnic is an accomplished human resources executive with more than 20 years of experience working with global and mid-size organizations in the aviation industry. As vice president of human resources, she is responsible for all aspects of human capital aimed at achieving organizational goals and objectives, including recruitment, organizational design, learning and development, and employee relations. Prior to joining Skyservice, Bosnic spent 14 years serving in consistently higher leadership roles at Bombardier. Bosnic graduated from Humber College with a degree in human resources management and is designated a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with the Human Resources Professionals Association.

Diana Forgione leads Skyservice’s legal and regulatory compliance departments in her role as general counsel. She is responsible for corporate governance, aviation regulation and supervision, contracts and litigation. As general counsel, Forgione provides expert and strategic legal advice and guidance for the company success and growth through partnerships and merger & acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining Skyservice in 2018, Forgione led the commercial contract department as vice president of contracts at SuperJet International where she established the company’s procurement and contracting operational procedures. She also held senior positions with Bombardier and Atomic Energy of Canada. Forgione earned her bachelor of law degree from the University of Manitoba.

Rupert Penzinger Rupert Penzinger brings more than 25 years of technical depth, leadership and information technology experience to his position at Skyservice. As vice president of information technology, Penzinger is responsible for Skyservice’s technology vision, the company’s broader technology interests and the company’s business transformation activities. Prior to joining Skyservice, Penzinger served as vice president of information technology for Sim Video International. Under his leadership, the business successfully migrated it’s environment to the cloud, developed a Cybersecurity department, and the restructured the company’s IT assets, which resulted in large savings, increased workforce productivity, and helped to generate accelerate new business opportunities.
