April 2024 saw the release of two of private aviation’s most respected and anticipated yearly surveys for fixed-base operators. Based directly on the impressions of FBO visitors, Aviation International News’ FBO Survey 2024s and Professional Pilot Magazine’s PRASE (Preferences Regarding Aviation Services and Equipment) 2024 surveys once again recognized Skyservice’s focus on elevated service and customer experience.
Skyservice Toronto at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) continued to impress, receiving continued recognition as a Top 20% FBO in the Americas with AIN, and Best Canadian FBO for the fourth year running in ProPilot.
Three other Skyservice locations were recognized as best at their respective locations, along with staff members at each also receiving recognition in AIN’s Above & Beyond section. Accolades include:
- Skyservice Calgary was recognized as the best FBO at Calgary International Airport (YYC) and its manager of FBO operations, Jeff Carbray, was highlighted.
- Skyservice Vancouver was the best FBO at Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and its customer service representative, Solange Videira, was acknowledged.
- Fontainebleau Aviation, a Service company, was recognized as the best FBO at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport (OPF) and Kevin Cayer, its brand ambassador, was highlighted.
Skyservice Montreal at Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL) was also recognized as one of the best FBOs in the Montreal Metro area in the AIN survey.
With new constructions underway in Seattle, Fort Lauderdale, and Napa, California, the Skyservice team is looking forward to growing its presence in these important industry surveys.
Of course, it takes two important groups of people to achieve these types of results: our hard-working and passionate teams who aim higher and reach further every day, as well as our guests and flight crews who take the time to provide feedback. Our deepest gratitude to both!
